Own SEO strategy and outcomes across a portfolio of mid-market accounts.
Lead quarterly business reviews with clients.
Coach 2–3 mid-level SEO execs.
Contribute to internal playbooks, tooling, and onboarding.
Requirements
5+ years agency-side SEO with retainer ownership.
Deep technical SEO: log analysis, rendering, crawl budget, schema.
Strong written communication; comfortable in C-suite reviews.
Nice to have
Experience with Next.js / React-rendered sites.
Spoken language beyond English.
